Is it possible to apply for selection processes in multiple markets?

In the case of the selection process based on the evaluation and comparison of proposals, the scope of the proposal should be focused on a single market (country). However, the same bidder can submit individual proposals for each process of interest. In the case of the selection process under the "Open Window" modality, the scope of the proposal can be at a multi-market level (more than one market), for which the bidder must complete Attachments No. 1 and No. 3 for each target market.

What will be the notification date of the results, and what is the deadline for confirming participation once the notification is received?

Depending on the type of selection process, they will be as follows:

Similarly, in the same email, the Committee asks the participating companies if they maintain their interest in executing their proposal under the same terms in which it was selected, whether partially or totally, as well as under the terms established in these Bidding Conditions. The maximum term to confirm their interest is three (3) business days from the day following receipt of the inquiry. If the company fails to confirm its interest within this period, the Committee considers the proposal rejected.
  • Selection process under the "Open Window" modality:
The results of the process are notified by the Committee to the participating company via email within twenty (20) business days of receiving the proposal. How do I submit my proposal?

The proposals must contain the following documentation:

  • Company profile in PDF format (format provided by PROMPERÚ).
  • Technical and financial proposal in Excel and PDF format (format provided by PROMPERÚ).
  • Presentation in PDF format of the strategy, describing the joint advertising actions and/or complementary actions, as well as any other additional information considered appropriate to support the proposal. If the company deems it appropriate, it can include links to supporting resources (audio and/or explanatory videos) to facilitate the description of the presentation.

Documents a and b must be signed by the legal representative of the company who has the authority to execute the agreement.

Failure to submit any of the above documents results in the automatic disqualification of the proposal.

Once the proposal with the requested annexes has been submitted, the participating company must make sure, being liable for failure to do so, that it has received an email confirmation from PROMPERÚ.

Those proposals received that have not complied with the prior "Participant Registration" are not considered.
